My complaint:
I ordered and paid for a router on the 04/04/2024 – the 1st delivery by DSV was unsuccessful because I don’t have any fingerprints I then started requesting an manual verification delivery – it has now been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for the router to be delivered – DSV has been back twice but they still have not received the instruction from MTN even though I’ve ed with MTN that they have instructed DSV to delivered on a manual verification
