My complaint:
Allocation of free airtime after loading, no such thing, data too expensive and it runs like river water, look at other services and judge yourself, you are killing this service. Mtn looks so separate just like a dying horse.
Suggested solution:
Not all of us have money or rich, let data bundles be affordable and longer period for reasonable price.
