My complaint:
I have tried for weeks to schedule an appraisal for my property to remove PMI. It is impossible to speak to a live agent, unless you trick the system and pick the refinance option.. I guess making money gets them to answer that. They demanded two years over before they even schedule anything!! Therefore, as a single mom, I will end up paying at least two months extra. Because they book the appraisal 6 weeks out. I was promised a call by Viola in PMI on the 21st. I begged her because it is impossible to speak with them. I never got it!! I expect nothing but more excuses.
Suggested solution:
They should call me until they are able to talk to me. Because with the best of intentions it's IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone. And they should get me the appraisal set up as soon as the next couple of weeks, no later. Because every month they don't set it up I pay PMI. It's ridiculous that they don't allow you to set it up ahead of time.
