My complaint:
During the pendemic my load in place in forberance I was ill from the covid19 which i had to spend more then 5weeks in the hospital all this was started in late 2019, I had to file bankruptcy during this time which I had some problems with, Mr. Cooper refuse to take my montly payment for I was in bankruptcy at the time, after that has happen in February of this year the mortgage company told me that i was pass due $96,000.00 of which I had to pay $30,800.00 that I would be able to start my regular monthly payment beging April 1st, 2022 now when I try to make the payment on line they telling me I have to pay $69,776.00.to bring the loan current. which in February I was advice that the past due amount would have place to the back of the loan.
Suggested solution:
I need for the Mr. Cooper to honor whatever agreement was made February 22, 2022 when they take my $30,800.00
