My complaint:
My daughter and another customer in room 112 was having words back and forth about touching her on the butt and she wasn’t comfortable with it she likes girls but when she confronted him he started an argument so Amanda the staff came to room and told us about the complaint about the noise we agreed to calm down but while we was in our room she stated she wanted us to leave n I said well I done paid for the day so I asked for my money back and while Amanda was walking away she cussed my daughter out and called her out her name and my daughter is only 19 but when the police came I told the police about her reaction and I wanted to file on her but they did nothing so I’m making a complaint on her behavior because I been there every day just about a month now and this not our first time getting into it with her and the whole time she was laughing at the situation and I didn’t find nothing funny
Suggested solution:
By allowing me to stay since I already paid but no she filed an Criminal trespassing on me like I was in the wrong so what can you do to make me satisfied because I’m very disappointed at motel 6 staff Amanda and nothing is being done about it and it would be better if she knew how to talk to someone and be more polite
