My complaint:
November 12th I booked into motel 6 Chula Vista for a five nights stay turn into a nightmare one of the staff from room service walked past me and said your existence on this Earth bothers me I turned around and looked at her and she smiled I said excuse me she ignore me kept laughing and this all happened in front of my kids so I want to complain to the front that’s only to get a call back saying that she would never say something like that I told her that she did my son was right there and heard it all then to make matters worse we got no room service no towels it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had so I ask corporate if there’s anything they can do give me a refund or move me hotels they said no until I checked out so I checked out I call back in corporate says they can’t do nothing about it because they’re privately owned so I call the hotel trying to resolve something and they say that I left the room damaged not true it was dirty because I never got room service they told me I could have cleaned it myself I have no cleaning supplies I’m there to take a break with my family I felt I was treated unfair and harassed I’m still waiting for answers I can’t seem to get no where it’s frustrating thank you my phone number is 6193394052 my name Maria Aguilar
