My complaint:
was told I had to leave the motel because he got a call from corporate and they said my family had to leave when ask why I was told my daughter had sexual assault someone there I ask who or who I need to call and was told that’s all I had to do **** had know reason to put me out he just did not like my family my daughter is mental challenge and did nothing to him or anyone there my family has be homeless for sometime now and has been staying at your motel now thanks to him my family has since been living outside I would like to know who I can talk to before I make a final caplaint I was humiliated in front of a lot of people he then told the staff there I was to get out and to be put on a do not rent list this is wrong if you look back when I got there you will see my family has been nothing but be respectful to your company please get back to me as I feel he should be removed from treating me like I was nothing also I have noticed **** messing around with one on the housekeeper he hired in a room I saw myself please get back to me.
Suggested solution:
me and my family should be allowed to come back to where we have been and he should be moved no GM should talk to anyone or lie for that much to anyone in that position thank you for your time and concern in this matter.
