My complaint:
I have changed rooms twice since I have been here because of noisy people loudly talking.,walking back and forth. I was first upstairs, in a room. I couldn’t sleep because some black guy kept walking back and forth talking on his phone all loudly for like 2 hours straight. So I highly got upset cause I could not rest in there then I went downstairs to report the disturbance so the manager kindly changed my rooms around the corner from my other room,now to a downstairs location. I left and I came back to my room and everything was fine for a couple hours until all of a sudden out the blue whomever the people who were above my head kept stumping loudly like 12 sum in the morning.. They just kept walking loudly and stumping til I said well let me get up and go for a while and come back. I comes back to this room and these people are still doing the same thing. I can’t even sleep. So I called the front desk finally and the guy at the front desk told me he would call up there to tell them to quiet it down. The guy calls me right back and says he called them and he said they should be quieting right down,but they still didn’t. They got even louder like they were doing it attentional or something. So I call back to the front desk and he tells me the same thing that he will call them again and also if I had to call him back that he would then put them on the do not list. And he quickly rushed me off the phone and tells me He is trying to do his paper work, just call him back if they still wouldn’t quiet down. I call him back a 3rd time because they still consistently were be very disturbing. He now tells me that the security doesn’t work there anymore and there is nothing he can do about it. He told me if they kept it to just call the police. I am so mad right now cause I paid my money to stay here to get rest and since I have been here I haven’t yet,gotten rest yet. This is so inconvenient.
