My complaint:

i have bought Nutmeg nappies (for 3 year old) and cow and gates porridge (for 1 year old). This was roughly 15-20 days back but unfortunately i don’t have the purchase receipt with me. I visited the Strood Rochester store in Kent and the staff bluntly refused to exchange the product yet it being completely sealed and not used at all.

Suggested solution:

They should have accepted the goods and should have given be the credit so that i could have bought something else from the store.
