My complaint:

I went to Morrisons Basingstoke 1332023.
I found on a trolley 2 boxes of Mr Kipling’s apple pies dated 1332023 and asked one of the staff if it was reduced in price. She told me she had to get a special gun to reduce the price. She went to 4 different sections to find one , and as she couldn’t find one asked her manager how to reduce the price.
I was told to go to the till and they would reduce it.
When I got to the till I was told they needed to know the price to reduce it.
I was disappointed that I couldn’t purchase these items.
Suggested solution:
They should have spoken to the manager to find out how much to reduce it.
No attempt was made.
