My complaint:
I have been trying to get my money back from this company for over a month i sold money through exodus wallet and apparently the account that I had sold the crypto to does not accept crypto currency transactions causing the transaction to bounce which they did not inform me of. I sent another account for it to be sent to and for almost a month now i have been receiving emails saying I will receive it in 3-5 days which never happened and i would have to email them and they would give a nonsense excuse and tell me another 3-5 days. I need my money sent back now. The money i have sent has not only gone up in value Obviously as the market is moving bullish and they have had my money the whole time. I am certain it is a way of holding on to more capital.
Suggested solution:
I need my money sent back by the end of the day or the next day. With interest would be preferable as it has been a month and if it was the customer that had missed payments there would definitely be repercussions or fines.
