My complaint:
Having used them for 12 months or more. They suddenly became difficult to deal with . I made a Bitcoin purchase and sent to USA on Monday 21 August which went successfully . Then I did the same on Tuesday 22 August but they declined. After emailing them a number of times , and emailing them further proof for verification . They never replied any of my emails and they are not offering any help at all .
I have therefore decided to make this a formal complaint in the hope they will get in touch with me to resolve this matter as I would still like to use them having been using them for over a year . No communication from them whatsoever. Very disappointing indeed.
Suggested solution:
Need them to reinstate me so I can continue sending Bitcoin to USA no matter what the amount is
