My complaint:
Been trying to inquire about vip game play and how to get that status of game play. No one will give me the qualifications to achieve this status. I have even emailed the ceo who forwarded my email to someone else with no answer to my question. They have players at all kinds of levels at this status lots of them lower than myself, with lower village levels also. I have attached my page in settings to the game so it can be compared to others that are vip.
Suggested solution:
Want vip status and I would also like a copy of all the qualifications to become this level of game play.
