My complaint:
I was also charged for something I didn’t order nor did I receive anything. The charge was for $19.99. I did order a package of spins on or about the same day. It was for $9.99 and I had trouble getting my spins. I contacted Moon Active and they gave me my spins.
Suggested solution:
I need my bank refunded $19.99 for a purchase I never made.
