My complaint:

Good evening, before I start I love playing game. I’m new about a month or 2. Today 06242020 I got up early and having bad knees I decided to chill and play the day away. I don’t have luck with gold cards so I decided to play the knight part of game to get the gold card. I started like I said 7 am or before. And slowly getting thru levels. I started last level around 450 pm eastern standard time . I’m like I’m definitely getting it well I noticed it was slower. I get that, and I forgot to mention I spent around 100 – 150. Oh and when not physically playing I let it spin away while I cooked and went shopping. But when I watched i got good scores it barely moved.
So I sent a message to technical with no help. From 450 pm to I think around 1050 constant spinning and playing I got to 33.90% which is ridiculous. I get you need to make money but 6 hours of nonstop play and nothing just doesn’t seem fair. I was afraid to put more money cause on that last section I bought 2 1.8 b with barely any progress. I certainly disappointed, but there had to be something wrong 6 hours play, 2 1.8 b should have got me there. So my day was a waste. Very frustrating when I love the game. If you please tell me who to contact, I gonna keep trying to be heard cause customer service could care less replied back to them and never responded. My user name is Frannie26. I’m sure you can look up to see how much play and how much money I spent. i just wanted that gold card. What a waste. I hope I hear from someone. Or can you send me in right direction. Thank you.
