My complaint:
after i complain to them that the game has bug and i have video proof that after spinning at x100 and got raid (piggies ) they only gave me x1 the amount i raid and x1 piggies for the tournament instead of x100 ..That happened 3 times in one day ..i used over 8000 spins to get that raid so in the end i get only x1? i could play x1 all the way than.. anyway my point i should get what is mine because i spend more than 300 euro hard work money in this game. and the spins that i am missing at the moment cost more than 2000 euro to purchase them as i am fighting for over a month to achieve this goal .. This is unfair and as we have rights as human being and is my hard work money in the middle i want a full refund fro my spend or my lost spins and coins that i should have,..i have many other reports and proof that the game bugged several times and not only with me .. i have many other videos showing the bug problem but they are more than 50 mb each video..and as i can see i cant upload video here
Suggested solution:
Give me my Spins and coins that i supposed to get based on the video proofs i have from my Account or Fully Refund me all my money back and delete my account from this fraud game that is scamming people around the world from there hard work money..
