Dear Customer Service Team,
this game on Google play store coin master moonactive , didn’t answer my why my account is suspended , I have paid money for the game and now I can not to play this game and use gamesettingssupport request. I tried many times with many emails contact with support but it’s still same problem email address: support@coinmastergame.com and also I tried write to developers email address privacy@moonactive.com but same problem I can not to solve our problem and get help to solve it they didn’t answer and not reading my messages. I tried also find the phone number of the company but I can not to find it, I have spend money but I can’t play the game ? Where logic – I can not to understand that. Hope get answer and solve soon. (Any document,screenshot,videogame record I can send too) i have all proof of everything what happened.
