My complaint:
On March 6, 2023 we ordered Montana’s (at the Burnside Road W. location in Victoria, BC) through Doordash. I treated myself and ordered the 7oz steak with garlic mash. I unwrapped my steak that was wrapped in foil and saw that there was a bloody blue band aid surprise inside. I have attached the picture as proof.
I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled. Although I did receive a refund for my meal, I believe that this is extremely unsanitary condition and needs to be brought to your attention. We will not be ordering from Montana’s ever again.
Suggested solution:
Make you aware that this is not acceptable for the restaurant to be providing this unsanitary preparation of a meal to their customers. The person preparing the meal should have been wearing gloves!
Whatever you feel would satisfy me through this disgusting experience. I will not be ordering from Montana's again and I will let others know of my experience.
