My complaint:
We had a booked dinner reservation set for 5 pm and we were on a strict timeline as we had tickets for that night’s hockey game. We were told people were still at that table and we had to wait until they were done. We waited about 15 minutes. Not sure why but every time we eat at Montanas we are asked even though it states on our OpenTable reservation we are on a date but we are asked if we want two separate bills but never asked if we have a scene card or an AMA membership.
Suggested solution:
I requested a phone call from management but they have ignored this request.
