My complaint:
Numbers on back of the card wont scratch off . I uploaded 80.00 to this card and to be able to submit a refund with this company I need to be able to submit the numbers I have to scratch off if i don’t have the correct numbers to put in the refund submit form then I can’t submit form for refund . I have card and receipt.
Suggested solution:
Exchange for a new card or a refund
