My complaint:
I purchase a MoneyPak and went to load it onto my card and said I had to wait 20 to 30 minutes. I tried a few more times still nothing so I called customer service and they informed me that I try too many times and that if put a block on the card. So they’re not they told me to try back again in an hour. After that hour I tried again and then it’s told me that the money was already loaded onto a card but not mine and there is no there is no way that they could tell me what happened and I loaded $500 got nothing

Should be given a refund for my money
