My complaint:

I’m a 67-year-old woman, I don’t drive and it is average of 100° here in Fort Worth Texas right now I went to my local store and bought a money pack and put $195 on it so that I could pay my electric it was supposed to be shut off yesterday. They never put the money on my card they investigated it and now they tell me I’ll get the money back I guess in check form in 10 days. In the meantime my electricity has been shut off. I won’t be able to get electricity until that money is returned I am on Social Security basically they stole from me in my opinion

Suggested solution:

They should’ve put the money on the card they had the card number, they had all the information needed to put the money on my card and they didn’t do it now they’re sending it back in 10 days that doesn’t work for me. I will not have electricity until I get that money back.
