My complaint:

Back in November 2020 I purchased two Money pak cards from cvs. When i tried to load them onto my greendot card i got an error message saying suspicious activity So i called the number on the back of the card and its just automated and refers you back to the website. On the website they have help form. I filled that multiple times and sent in proof of purchase almost everyday since the purchase no response. I called greendot waited for someone to answer for a hour and 45 minutes, no answer. Sometime in December i get a call from greendot. They are asking for the moneypak information and the card information. After that the rep said to try the money pak card again it should work. I tried it and it said the card has been used already i told her she said a check would be mailed out, never came and she never mailed it out. I ve been repeatedly calling,emailing,and recently started chat once i found out about it for almost three months still nothing now its a dead silence. When i login to get on chat with customer service ill wait for them to respond maybe 5or6 min and the chat ends with no response. One chat the guy he would have supervisor call ive told that 100 times no one never calls. $1020.00……….$500.00 on one moneypak $520.00 on another moneypak. this was my rent money. I got evicted for no payment and now im in a hotel with my 5 month old baby still trying to get my money back from moneypak.

refund my money asap. not in 2 weeks not 5 to 10 business days refund my money like yesterday ive waited long enough.
