My complaint:
My name is Sunday Olusegun babanumi. My monese account was closed abruptly about 10months ago.It was closed without allowing me to closed all my direct debit to other bank set up with them.To collect my balance of about £100 with them.
All efforts to contact them by phone,email proved very difficult. They behave as if they don’t understand simple English.This is affecting my credit score and need to closed and collect my balance.
Other bank cannot cancelled my direct debit. This is affecting my credit score.

Please can you help.
