Monese complaint: Lack of communication

My complaint:

I have a monese on line bank which is backed by Mastercard. For the last 2 weeks I have been unable able to access my account. The app says they experience problems….over 14 days…my emails to support are not answered and the phone line is cut after one hour of waiting.
I have money in my account and my pensions will go there in a week or so.
No one at monese will answer my plea for help…..how can I get my money which obviously I need for daily life….

Suggested solution:

My last hope is that this is bad publicity for Mastercard.
I ask Mastercard to lean on monese so much so that they transfer from my two accounts and one saving account to another account of my choosing.
An apology would also be accepted ……but I am past expecting that
