My complaint:

I ordered lunch, scheduled for pickup at 12:25, 3152022.
I reached this location at 12:3. I walked up to the counter and told one of the employees that I have an order to pickup. She told me that those people are waiting for there order too.
I checked my email which said that my order is ready sin12:19.
This woman never ask me about my order. She was the older of the two female.
I started a conversation with one of the customers that was waiting. He pointed to a rack with an order. I walked up to the rack to look at the order. It was my order. She and the younger female stated yelling for me to leave the order and get out of here because I cannot be back there. The rack was in an open area, nothing separate it from the public area. I told her it is my order. I left the order on the rack, the older female picked it up and dropped it on the counter and said It is not even his order All this happened while the restaurant full of customers. So I took my order and walked out.

Customer service trainin or termination because she cannot represent the company product.
