My complaint:
Had a mistplay account and cashed out a few gift cards only to get banned.No reason for the ban and when I contacted support I got a bot reply.The bot said I did something against terms of service but my entire account was legit and never did anything against terms of service.
Suggested solution:
Stop scamming people.Dont offer an app that lets people play games and earn gift cards if your just going to ban them when they start actually EARNING gift cards.
