My complaint:
I have sent every document they require but my phone contract is in my mums name so they are now require all her documents for verification including selfies with her holding the documents. She is 86 year old. Same address and same last name. This is beyond unreasonable!!. I have requested complaints email address which they provided so sent three emails and the same people emailed back from the support team? Surely this shouldn’t be allowed. I have requested complaints policy which not supplied and a proper complaints address which is not the support team who i have been conversing with. They are sat on my winnings and my deposits which I made by card and phone bill.
Suggested solution:
I want them to process my winnings and if not my deposits returned back as they have taken these not in good faith.
