My complaint:
I joined mirror bingo after seeing an advertisement for deposit 10 receive 40 bonus funds I proceeded to website were banner clearly advertised this on home page soo I signed up and made my deposit the following day keeping in mind banner at home page still had this advertised after depositing and playing my 10 pounds as stated I did not receive any bonus funds I went back to home page and noticed a little information sign at the bottom of the banner proceeded to click this and view entire terms and conditions after a few lines down I came across the dates for the promotion wich had actually ended on the 12122019 that is a week and a half coming on two weeks before I actually signed up yet they are still advertising this to bring new players to the site to deposit funds. I went to the contact page and tried to contact through live chat wich is unavailable in definitely from what I can tell soo I decided I’d be better emailing them instead only to have my emails to the address advertised on site bounced back. I then proceeded to call the number advertised on site I may add costs almost 1 pound per minute to be put on hold for 5 mins then the line went dead I did this twice before accepting the fact there is no way to contact the operators of this site it is clearly a massive scam
