My complaint:
Deposited £10 via my phone bill, won £400.
Wanted to withdraw but they asked me for proof of address, ID and proof of mobile payment I’ve sent them a total of around 1520 documents, screenshots etc all displaying every bit of information they required but they keep being rejected, I emailed to tell them how frustrated I was and they went and froze my account, now my £400 is sitting in my account and they won’t let me withdraw. I’m absolutely furious, I’ve opened a case with resolver and I need this sorted as soon as possible, they have absolutely no reason to withhold my winnings, it’s a cash balance not bonus funds. If this isn’t sorted within the next few days I will be contacting the Gambling Comission and maligning the ombudsman aware of the situation. Username leahm1996, DOB 08031996, postcode Bt790es
