My complaint:
Uploaded aone of their uploads that created a new admin and took my ability to save files and get into my programs. Destroyed my business abilities. I was able to save, I hope, my files on thumb drives, and had scheduled with them a wipe on 823 a wipe at 7PM but some yahoo did it at 7am and tried to up load a windows 32 bit program on it when my computer is a 64 bit computer. Now no one can not get in to it. They need to sen a tech to my house to fix. I have had to purchase a new computer because I need to continue to work my business. Solution so far has been for me to take my PC to the store for them to fix free of charge.
Suggested solution:
Microsoft needs to fix the computer and pay for the new one.
