My complaint:
I spoke online to a microsoft adviser after having trouble accessing my primary email account. We discussed the issue and i was told that as part of the resolution, id have to update the security information on my account. I done this and was given a notification that id now now have access to my account for 30 days whilst this info is checked and updated. This is my primary email address and so i wanted access to the account before 30 days time and was rudely toldf that this wasnt an option. The online agent was completely unhelpful and rude to me.
Suggested solution:
Give me back access to my primary email account without making me wait 30 days!
