My complaint:
My son was purchased 3 x £25 Xbox vouchers for his birthday to use for his PlayStation. He has scratched the code off himself and partially damaged the first and last 5 numbers. I have spent the last 25 mins speaking online with your assistant to be told you can’t help me without the paper till receipt. I do not have this. The gift card has a unique bar code and you have 15 numbers of the code surely you can see this voucher has not be redeemed. I simply can’t afford to replace this for my son and cannot understand how these gift cards can be so easily flawed for such a large amount of money
