My complaint:
I’ve just learned that with a recent Microsoft update. It activated the need for a bit locker code. This is locking countless people out of their laptops. I am told the only resolution is to restore the computer to factory settings thus losing every bit of content on the laptop. According to two major laptop repair organizations this is just another “mistake” by Microsoft and they are unwilling to take accountability and resolve the problem. Any advice?

Unlock the computers they inadvertently locked.
