My complaint:
today I had a issue with your phone rep erica i called about an issue with my miwam account despite her dogs barking and the washing of her dishes she put me on hold back to the queue waited another 45 mins a rep picked up again behold it was Erica I said i dont know what happen but i was put back in the queue this time she hung up on me. She obviously had better things to do and people like this should not be working in this field.
I was in the Detroit office earlier that day for a scheduled appointment and they said wasnt their area whats the point of a problem and resolution department if they cant fix things.
The phone call took place between 230pm and 430pm at least thats how long I was waiting
My issue was multiple accounts tied to my SSN should wouldnt let me merge them

Your rep Erica should not be dealing with customers should be on a different assignment
