My complaint:
I lost my job on August 7 2021. after filing for Michigan unemployment,I had to send in my ID info 5 times.Each time they claim to not have received it. Finally after that was cleared up I was given 10 days for the past employer to respond. after 2 weeks of waiting the result was Not adversely affected.. 1 month later , after logging into the portal it went back to pending. I call multiple times and get the same answer. I am told that all I can do is wait. Now my House is risk into foreclosure and I am in risk of loosing my vehicle.I think that they are putting so much focus on trying to clean up their mess after all those fraudulent clams that they allowed during the pandemic, it also seems as if they are trying to discourage claims.instead of helping Michigan families that really need the help The UIA is very unorganized and unprofessional. I hope that everyone who is experiencing this mess will remember this during the next State Governor’s Election

I feel that they Should make the people that need the assistance a priority.
if it was them AND THEIR FAMILIES THEY WOULD FEEL THE SAME WAY..
