My complaint:
I have been trying to get unemployment benefits sonce 20 20 i am a victim of fraud. I have filed several complaints now i am locked out the fraud division has not responded to my complaint call or sent me a letter. I have complied with there request faxed 3 times mailed three times photo id and ss card information to no avail. I have called and no one can assist me. one person was abel to get me through so that the next person denioed me any assistance i cannot file for pua because i was denied the original request. help help help! I am losing my home my wife died of covid 19 and cancer I need money for taxes I have applied everywhere for a job but because i am 66 no one answers me or calls me please please help me.
Suggested solution:
Have the fraud division clear all of my information attached to my name so I can start over or ok my unemployment. Train your staff.
