My complaint:
Have been waiting for over 2 months after being approved after submitting income and I’d verification. Now I get a processed pending payment and that tell me on phone its being reviewed by some department ?? WTF !!! 70 days and counting
Suggested solution:
make claimants who have been waiting as I am , because there must be a whole bunch as long as its taking and move them to top of list for wait time and pay them please.. The holidays are coming and we could all use the money. I feel like there , UIA are poking all of us sitting on our money figuring out how to not pay us
