MetroAccess complaint: Refund of charge

I ordered a taxi from metro Taxi in AuroraDenver Colorado and the gentleman who picked me up couldn’t find my hotel, so he dropped me off at a McDonald’s which was about 5 blocks away from my hotel. I had things in the trunk and he proceeded to drive off so I basically had to run and yell at him to stop. Calling metro taxi is a joke and all they do is giving me the run around. I would like my money refunded asap. Thanks, Shannon Bentley
