My complaint:
I have been trying to access my metamask wallet for weeks with no success. It was working for months and had my biometric setup. Now as of 3 weeks ago, nothing is accessible, nor is metamask customer support helpful. I’ve contacted them 3 times about the issue with no resolution. I’m thankful I was always skeptical about crypto and their wallet platforms. I have a very low investment just sitting hopefully.
Suggested solution:
Restore my account access without having me jump through hoops.
