My complaint:

I opened a support ticket with MetaMask more than 3 days ago via email. I have not heard from them. In desperation, I attempted to contact them via twitter and was asked for my recovery phrase. I did not give it. But, the upshot is that MetaMask has very poor support.

Suggested solution:

Answer my emails.
