My complaint:
I sign for wallet and had my money transferred to MetaMask from trust tower union back. At no time when I signed up was there any mention of fees regarding over limit transaction. They now say the limit is $3000.00 and anything over that you have to pay a clearance fee. They will not let me have access to my funds until I pay $1000.00 dollars cash. They will not take the money out of my account. I transferred $19,000.00. I have told them to take out of my account and they insist I send them $1,000.00 in cash. If I had known of the seedy practice I would have never used this company.
Suggested solution:
Either transfer my money back to my bank or take the money out of my account so I can close this scam they are pulling. I just want my money and have nothing to do with scams like this
