Good morning,
I have sent my meta quest 2 right controller for repair in December 2023, which was more than 3 months ago, during that time I have send messages back and forth regarding the situation of the package not arriving, I was informed that the shipping company (Yodel) was sending it back to meta quest support. I then contacted Yodel customer service yesterday and was told that the issue was not caused by them, but by meta quest support, due to them not sending it back properly 5 times, I am asking if I could help me resolve this issue as this is not ok. I can’t use my equipment and I can’t afford to buy a new one for £100
