My complaint:
I ordered a quest 3 at the end of January and it was shipped by ups. Ups lost the package and admitted that they lost it. They paid out a claim to meta. I have contacted meta 6 times in the last 6 weeks about a refund. Each time I am told it is being investigated and somebody would get a hold off me within 3 days. I have never heard from anybody. I am so frustrated, it’s like they make it impossible get any answers so I will give up and accept the loss. The worst customer I have ever experienced. Will never deal buy a meta product again.
Suggested solution:
Give me the refund I am entitled too.
