My complaint:
My account was hacked on 4182022, I have tried to reach Facebook security and Facebook support, but no one ever responds except for scammers demanding money to recover my page, on the Facebook SUPPORT Page someone at stellex@24hin.com has control of my page and has tried to make purchases in my name, the solution they suggest will NOT work because all of the codes go to the hacker, not to me, I have lost over a decades’ worth of memories, photos, contacts, it is a SHAME that Facebook
does not care about their TRUE SUBSCRIBERS
Suggested solution:
Initiate a REAL support and security center, that offers customers the chance to prove who they are, and help to regain control of their LEGITIMAte Pages, profiles, and memories not keep telling them to reset their password when they can't get the RESET CODE
