My complaint:
I have somehow managed to set up 2 accounts with one email address.
One with an upper case and one lower case start. Logging on to the lower case via the app it switches it to a capital letter so loggs me on to a different account than what I want.
It has taken me way too long to get to this stage and constantly being asked for aliases is extremely frustrating. And time consuming . It’s been months trying to sort this out. From where I am all that needs to be done is switch one email to another and its all fixed.
