My complaint:

I’ve contacted Merrick about an inquiry on my credit of $123. I never open account with you you have no signature for me or ID I’ve called your customer service department Akasha from Dept. He told me you have 90 days to remove it I’m in the process of buying a home I am going to file a lawsuit against you a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also the consumer financial bureau

Suggested solution:

Remove the $123 and update my credit report immediately
