My complaint:

My merrick bank card won’t work, I pay ever month said I have 600 available they had it locked I called last week said they unlocked it try to use it said unknown card. Tried to call again only get through to make a payment I press 0 says transferring me stop ringing no one picks up

Suggested solution:

Let me speak to a manager or someone in charge
