My complaint:
I have been turned into Collections (Amcol Systems) for a $110.00 charge that was paid November 2022. On My Chart balance is 0 and customer service states they found their error and this was corrected. Do you understand what you are doing to my credit by falsely turning this into a debt collector??? Please correct this asap or my attorney will step in. 🤨

Contact debt collector letting them know of error, letting them know this balance was paid in full. Close debt collector account
