My complaint:
Been to their er twice within the past week for kidney stone issues. The first time the doctor didn’t do a proper evaluation with no ct scan and had blood and traces of infection in my urine and was sent home with nothing. The second time the doctor did do a ct scan and said they found nothing when I had large amounts of blood in my urine and crippling pain then treated like im some junkie trying to get a fix. I’ve had kidney stone problems for 15 years and this hospital gives me the absolute worst treatment I’ve ever experienced. Then as im leaving there is staff by the er entrance laughing, smoking and blaring music from a car like some sort of party.
Suggested solution:
I want my bills for these 2 visits to be removed and an investigation into what really goes on at this hospital. If there doing it to me then I know they are doing it to others and multiple people aren’t getting the treatment they need or deserve.
